I must admit to being inspired by Dave Barry's Blog. Dave has long been one of my favorite writers, and I read his blog religiously.
So I've never had a blog before, and I'm interested to see where it goes. Will I, like I hope, use it to practice my writing and composition skills? Will I use it as a journal, sending my neuroses and philosophical questions into the digital universe? Or will it sit here, ignored, until I feel guilty and post something completely inane, just for the sake of posting? Only time will tell. At the very least, I hope it will be a way to connect with people in a new and different way. Here goes nothing.
